We understand that sometimes an item may not perfectly align with your vision. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be clear, respectful of your time, and reflective of the trust our global clientele places in us.
- Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Process: Initiate a return by emailing our team. A pre-paid return label will be provided for your convenience.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
Our Policy in Detail
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return request is initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The item is in its original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any marks or odors.
- All original tags, labels, dust bags, and packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, accessory pouches) are included and intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our curated collections, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fine Jewelry & Intimate Accessories: All items from the Bracelets and Brooches categories, due to their personal and delicate nature.
- Personalized or Made-to-Order Items: Any item that has been specially altered or commissioned.
- Items Damaged After Delivery: Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse after leaving our care.
*This policy is in place to uphold the quality and exclusivity expected by our discerning customers who value timeless style and craftsmanship.
3. The Return & Exchange Process
We aim to make the process as effortless as possible:
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Instructions & Label: We will respond within 2 business days with authorization and a pre-paid return shipping label (for standard returns). Instructions for returns using the EMS service (for orders that originally qualified for free shipping) will also be provided.
- Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags, and affix the provided label. Drop the package at the designated carrier location (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). We recommend retaining your drop-off receipt for tracking.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds & Credits
- Timing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
- Deductions: The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference and applicable shipping charges will be calculated and charged or refunded accordingly.
5. Exchange Requests
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Please indicate your desired alternative in your initial request. If the exchange item is of higher value, the difference will be charged. If it is of lower value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
