    • Delivery Time: 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.
    • Ideal for faster, tracked delivery to most regions.
  • Free Shipping (EMS):
    • Cost: Free on all orders over $50.
    • Delivery Time: 15 to 25 business days after dispatch.
    • A cost-effective option for orders qualifying for free shipping.

Please note: We ship globally, with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, your item must meet all criteria:

  • The return request is initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is in its original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any marks or odors.
  • All original tags, labels, dust bags, and packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, accessory pouches) are included and intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity, hygiene, and exclusivity of our collections for our discerning customers, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fine Jewelry & Intimate Accessories: All items from the Bracelets and Brooches categories, due to their personal and delicate nature.
  • Personalized or Made-to-Order Items: Any item that has been specially altered or commissioned.
  • Items Damaged After Delivery: Products that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse after leaving our care.

3. The Return & Exchange Process

We aim to make the process as effortless as possible:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the template provided below to expedite your request.
  2. Receive Instructions & Label: We will respond within 2 business days with authorization and a pre-paid return shipping label (for standard returns). For orders that used EMS free shipping, specific return instructions will be provided.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags. Affix the provided label and drop the package at the designated carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS). We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s). You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Your bank or payment processor may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Deductions: The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable. For exchanges, any price difference and applicable shipping charges will be calculated and charged or refunded accordingly.

5. Exchange Requests

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Please indicate your desired alternative in your initial request. Price differences will be handled as described above.
