Italist Store offers a curated selection of fashion items including but not limited to: Accessories, Backpacks, Bags, Belts, Boots, Bottoms, Clothing, Clutches, Bracelets, and Brooches.

3.1 Product Information

We strive to display product colors, images, specifications, and availability as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings and other technical factors, we cannot guarantee that your display will exactly reflect the actual product. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Sales tax, customs duties, and other governmental charges are not included in the product prices and are the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.

3.3 Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel the item from your order or, if you prefer, cancel the entire order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item or price. We only accept an order when we ship the item(s) and send you a shipment confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

4.3 Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. We ship globally with the exception of some remote areas and parts of Asia. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our complete Returns & Exchanges Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

5.1 Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original, saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure integrity and hygiene, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All items from the Bracelets and Brooches categories (fine jewelry & intimate accessories).
• Personalized or Made-to-Order items.
• Items damaged after delivery or showing signs of wear.

5.3 Refund Process

Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Italist Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The “Italist Store” name and logo are trademarks of Italist Store.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any product purchased through the Site is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use a product, or from any instructions or advice provided with a product.
